Finally! It´s DONE! Yatta!!! ^o^
So here it is, my contest-entry for the
If I may say so myself: It was a hell of a lotta work, but I´m very proud of the result
You see, I really never practised this cell-style-shading half as often as I probably should, so this kind of coloration is still VERY hard for me to do – but I think it looks good
I´m also fond of Baji´s hand(!!! Mesai, look, I DID it!!! Thanks for the reference-link Oh, an Tse, yeah, couldn´t resist, had to do my own swirly clouds ) and the faces ^o^
And, hey, I had no pencil-sketch scanned!! This means it´s ALL DONE IN PHOTOSHOP! Hooray! I´m slightly getting there!
But enough praising myself
To the pic: I know, I know, not much action or real “story”, but you can take it as some sort of “personality-study”, mainly on the elf (my monkey-boy really ain´t THAT hot-tempered any more, at least not towards his elf – it´s more like a GAME between them )
And I guess some action might follow AFTER this scene – take a guess to WHOM this “strong energy” might belong, ne?
However, hope you enjoyed the little comic-ish thing (I never did something like that before! So forgive me the confusing panelling… Hope the arrows are of some help )
